About Falcon Ridge Ski & Recreation Area

Back To Top of Page Map of Falcon Ridge Ski Hill

Falcon Ridge Ski Hill has a range of diverse terrain for all levels of ability. Located on the shore of beautiful Falcon Lake in the Whiteshell provincail park, the hills offer beautiful views of the lake amidst a woodland Boreal Forest setting.

Ski Chalet

The Ski Chalet offers a cozy fun environment for guests to warm up, have a bite to eat, an apres ski drink, or enjoy live music in between sessions on the slopes.

The building celebrates the strong history of our ski hill, decorated with antique snow sport equipment, a central stone fireplace, buliton boards filled with local newspaper clippings, and full sized birch trees with branches reaching out across the ceiling. The decorating gives the room a distinct vintage feel of stepping back into a 1920's ski resort.

The Chalet also serves as a concert venue where we have hosted much quality live music and a venue for weddings, family reunions, corporate meetins and retreats

Pine T-bar

A lift with a upside down "T" shaped seat that pulls skiiers and boarders up the hill

Chickadee Handle Tow

The Chickadee is a handle tow lift- much like a rope tow in the way that it pulls you up except that it has actual handles for holding on to. Because the lift is short and a slower speed, it makes for an excellent starting point for beginners.
