Celebrate Manitoba Winters with your Students! Book a Ski Hill Day!
Check out the diverse range of activities available at Falcon Ridge Ski & Recreation Area. This winter, your group can take advantage of downhill skiing, snowboarding, sleigh rides, cross country skiing and tubing all in one day! Falcon Ridge is located only 90 minutes East of Winnipeg.
Falcon Ridge has 11 ski runs, a snowboard terrain park, approximately 20kms of cross country ski trails groomed for both classic and skate skiing, tubing on our designated tubing run and lift, and best of all - a cozy chalet where everyone can gather to warm up in front of a roaring fire. Our chalet has a food canteen that offers both hot and cold meals. If your group is interested, we also offer group meal packages. Please not that the meal packages must be arranged in advance.
Falcon Beach Ranch will be joining us once again this winter and will offer on site sleigh rides with advance bookings.
The opening date of Falcon Ridge is scheduled for December 17th (this is dependant on snow conditions). Regular days of operation are Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays and the Christmas break, but for groups of 55 or more (renting equipment), we will open during the week. If you have a smaller group, please call us, we'll attempt to book you with another group. We can arrange a day and package to suit your needs.

School Group Rates
- Ski Package: $30/ student- includes lift ticket, skis, boots & helmet rental
- Snowboard Package: $30/ student- includes lift ticket, snowboard, boots & helmet rental
- Tubing Package: $25/ student- includes tube lift ticket & tube rental rental
- X-Country Ski Package: $12/ student- includes skis & boots rental
- Sleigh Rides: $350 flat rate (4 hours)
- Meal plan: 1) burger OR hot dog OR grilled chees with fries & drink
2) Soup & sandwich with drink: $8.50/ student (must be pre ordered, otherwise food will be at regular ski hill rates) - All Inclusive Package:$50/ student- includes lift ticket, downhill equipment rental (ski or snowboard), tube rental and lunch
- Mid-day equipment switching subject to $10 surcharge
- A complete list of students activity choice along with their height, weight, shoe size and skiier ability are required 2 weeks prior to date of visit so that rental equipment can be set up ahead of time
- "No show" students who have signed up to rent equipment are subject to a $10 rental set up charge. If a group's attendance drops below 60 students, they may be charged for the minimum of 60 unless they are grouped together with another smaller group for the day.
- One complimentary supervisor lift pass and rental package will be provided for every 10 students
