How does peppered-brisket Eggs Benedict with Hollandaise from scratch, fresh fruit and banana bread pudding sound? ...for brunch at the ski hill? Isaac is an actual trained fancy-restaurant cook and brings his sensibilities to our humble kitchen. Burger and fries? He's into that too. The guy loves ketchup. But he also makes his own sauces, perfected in the far away places he's cooked. He believes food should be enjoyed anyway you like, whether licking your plate in a tuxedo while fine dining or employing the Queen Mum's manners in your 80s snowsuit at the slopes.
