***RACE RESCHEDULED due to rainy/wet conditions***
Unfortunately due to heavy rains this past week, in the forecast leading up to the race and on race day (May 18th), the organizing committee has made the difficult decision to reschedule Saturday’s mountain bike race. Concerns for rider safety and preserving the sensitive clay rich trails were factors in the decision.
The reschedule date for the Falcon Cup is Saturday, June 22, 2024.

Come one come all to the Falcon Cup Mountain Bike Race! Spectators welcome and encouraged! There will be a designated spectator area in the bush for you to watch some of the more technical parts of the mountain bike race.
Kids races with multiple age categories in the morning and adult races with multiple categories in the early afternoon. This event is a MB Summer Games Qualifying race for the U13 and U15 age categories. Registration is in advance (online) only and is $15 for kids 12 and under, $25 for U13 & U15 and $35 for ages 15+. The Trail's End Restuarant out of the ski chalet will be providing a sample of winter time menu favourites and local beers to enjoy. Come hungry on race day!

Also, the NEW Owl Wing Cafe located just up the hill at the resort Welcome Centre will have specialty coffee (espresso/cappuccino/lattes), Chaeban ice cream and fresh baking available for race day.
